By using the services provided by Hindle.Net (both WWW and e-mail) all persons agree to be bound by the following terms of service

1) Any information collected by Hindle.Net will only be released by court order from a court having jurisdiction in Memphis TN, USA. This information may include (but is not limited to) Names, addresses, logon information, copies of any emails either sent or received by you via our server(s), on-line activities logs which cover timeframes requested by the courts, etc.

2) You DO NOT SEND any SPAM from our system. This includes both commercial and non-commercial e-mail soliciting any services products, etc. You further agree that should you send SPAM from here you shall pay the sum of
$1,000,000,000.00 (that's right ONE BILLION DOLLARS)
for each and every email message sent from our servers and that this sum is in addition to any fees, fines, or other funds you might be charged by other entities.

3) Your email address is free, therefore you get what you paid for....Hindle.Net is neither responsible for nor accountable to you or anyone else for whatever damages occur while you are using our services. If it breaks, it's your problem plain and simple.



The following rules apply to anyone using this server.

1) Play Nice....this means no hacking attempts, no foul language, no demeaning others or their lifestyles.

2) Anyone accessing this server for illegal purposes WILL BE reported to the authorities for action as they deem necessary.

3) The operator of this server will not be responsible for any lose, damage or anything else that happens to you while you are using this server. This server is free and that means you get what you pay for.

4) Anyone attempting to use this server for spamming be for-warned....

Hindle.Net is absolutely against any sort of illegal activity on the internet. This includes trading copyrighted material(s). If you are caught trading files containing copyrighted materials, you will be reported to the copyright holder if possible as well as any other party authorized to act on the copyright holders behalf and the authorities. Keep it legal, keep it fun, keep it nice, keep it family oriented.
